9th may 2009 : GMI debate is on..what about the debators?...

Time : 3 - 5 pm

1. The debate is on. Gabungan Mansuhkan ISA (GMI) has Saari Sugib whilst Pewaris has yet to nominate their speaker.
2. Pewaris has initially stated that they will be there but after preliminary discussions, there is doubts whether Pewaris will show up at all. Amongst others, Pewaris asked for live debate on 24 radio Bernama which is not accepted by GMI.
3. Is there any possibility that Pewaris is having second thoughts? Are they going to flip flop?
4. Pewaris should capitalise on Hishamuddin's announcement of another ISA release. This time, another 13 will be released including the last Hindraf trio. At least, this will give Pewaris enough to last the debate. The only thing that may be to Pewaris disadvantage is that Merah Hitam's husband is not in the list.
5. On or off, please make time to attend the debate. Who knows, there might be a first hand experience talk by those caught in Ipoh's 1 Black Malaysia...
