If we are to take pictures of Malaysians, I think it will look as ugly as the posted one.
For we are well known to eat 6 meals a day. Breakfast, tea break at 10.00am and lunch at 12.30pm. High tea at 3.00pm and dinner at 7.00pm with supper at 10.30pm. How not to die young with so much work thrown to the body organs ???
The organs per se work overtime to digest and throw out all the toxic. Even before these organs have any rest, we pollute it with more food. These does not include those drinkers and smokers. How not to be fat and ill with so much intake ?
We need to eat a lot less and saved for raining days, ya.

Yes, Malaysians overeat...
I recalled once when my friend visited the doctor and the doctor allowed him to take duku-langsat. The doctor meant my friend can eat a few duku langsat and he ended up with 1 kg per serving!
At the end of the day, Malaysians will say "What to do?, Good food mah..."
And that is why the government is very worried with the increasing numbers of obesity and heart-related problems...I can't say about others but your truly needs to start dieting too...:(
